1 For participation by an exporting unit in Foreign Fairs/Exhibition at International Level MSME Exporter reg. with EPB
  • 60% of Stall charges Max. upto 60% of Stall charges paid upto max. of Rs. 2,00,000/- for one fair/exhibition
  • 50% of economy class Air Fare max. upto Rs. 1,00,000/- per fair for one person.
    The said financial assistance is allowed for participating in a maximum of three fairs/exhibitions per exporter per year.
2 For participation by an exporting unit in a virtual trade fair of International Level MSME Exporter reg. with EPB
  • 60% of expenses incurred upto max. of Rs. 25,000/- per fair/exhibition
  • Ceiling of Rs. 1.00 lakh per exporting unit per year.
  • Allowed for participation in a virtual B2B/exhibition/buyer-seller meet organized by any export promotion council/commodity boards/export associations established under central/state governments.
3 For participation by an exporting unit in a Domestic Events of International Scale MSME Exporter reg. with EPB
  • Allowed for participation in a trade fair/exhibition/buyer-seller meet organized by any export promotion council established under central/state governments or in a domestic event of that nature recognized/notified by central/state govt/apex trade bodies/commodity boards/commercial consulates.
  • 60% of Stall charges paid upto max. of Rs. 50,000/- for one fair/exhibition
  • 50% of economy class Air Fare/Bus Fare/Rail fare max. upto Rs. 25,000/- per fair for one person
4 For organizing trade fairs/exhibitions/ Buyer seller meets in foreign nations
  • Export Promotion Councils established under various ministries/departments of Central/State Governments
  • Minimum 20 exporting units in the trade fairs/exhibitions/buyer seller meets organized in traditional Markets
  • Minimum 10 exporting units in non-traditional (new) markets
  • 75% of expense incurred by the organizing agency upto a maximum of Rs.75 lakhs for organizing trade fairs/exhibitions/buyer seller meets in traditional Markets.
  • 90% of expense incurred by the organizing agency upto a maximum of Rs. 75 lakhs for markets with high export potential where UP’s exports can be potentially scaled up.
5 For organizing trade fairs in India of International Scale
  • Export Promotion Councils established under various ministries/departments of Central/State Governments
  • Participation of minimum 30 exporting units
  • 75% of expense incurred by the organizing agency with a maximum of Rs. 50 lakhs
6 For organizing virtual trade fair
  • Export Promotion Councils established under various ministries/departments of Central/State Governments
  • Participation of minimum 100 MSME/Handicraft units with atleast 50 % exporting units
  • The number of buyers (buying units) visiting/participating in the said event should be at least 3 times the number of exhibiting/seller/exporting units participating in the event.
  • 75% of the buyers participating in the event should be foreign buyers.
  • 75% of expense incurred by the organizing agency with a maximum of Rs. 25 lakhs
7 For Publicity advertisement, printing of catalogue & development of website MSME Exporter reg. with EPB
  • 60% of total cost of Expenditure maximum upto Rs. 75,000/- annually.
8 For sending Samples to foreign buyers MSME Exporter reg. with EPB
  • 75% of total expenses for sending samples max. assistance upto Rs. 1,00,000/- per year per exporting unit
9 For obtaining various certifications such as ISO 9001-2000/BIS 14000, Wool mark, Hall mark, HACCP & C-mark, etc MSME Exporter reg. with EPB
  • 50% of total expenses max. upto Rs. 2,00,000/- per year per exporting unit.
Mechanism/Timeline

4 Exporter Unit Rectification of incomplete claims 15 Days from the date of reversal by Deputy Commissioner Industries
5 Deputy Commissioner Industries Forwarding the application to Export Promotion Bureau after receiving the rectified claim from the exporting unit 21 Days from the date of receipt of rectified application
6 In case the DC Industries is unable to adhere to the 21 days time limit, all such claims will be automatically forwarded to EPBUP.

  • If representative, authority letter regarding participation in the fair
  • Invoice against payment made towards stall rent

  • Bank certificate regarding stall rent and airfare payments
  • C.A. certificate against expenses incurred towards stall rent and airfare
  • Scanned copy of Udyog Aadhar
  • Declaration letter for claim and eligibility on Rs 10/- notarised stamp paper
  • Copy of Air Ticket and boarding pass (to and fro)
  • Scanned copy of request letter to DIC for issuing certificate regarding confirmation of travel

  • C.A. Certificate regarding expenditure made against sending free trade sample to the foreign buyer
  • Bank Certificate regarding payment made to the service provider (courier agency)
  • Scanned copy of Udyog Aadhar
  • Declaration letter for claim and eligibility on Rs 10/- notarised stamp paper

  • Copy of catalogue/brochure/copy of advertisement published in foreign magazine
  • Invoice /bill raised by service provider
  • Bank certificate regarding payment made
  • C.A. certificate against expenses made towards printing
